• Column titles
  This is the list of column titles visible above the search result.
• Properties
  This is the list of fields displayed below the title when clicking the document toggle ().

• Title
  The title can be changed for all columns and some properties.
  You can use the HTML entity ­ to insert a soft dash so that the name can be split up in more than one row.
  The titles you cannot change are used by the system, mostly in properties panels.
  Document properties that group fields (indicated with a ) will only change in the search result columns.
• Input type
  
  • Text A normal one-row field. Can accept text, numbers and dates.
  • Multirow text A text area that can accept multiple rows of text.
  • Date First lane will validate the date or timestamp interactively. Some browsers display a date-type field.
• Alt. sort
  
  • Alphanumeric is the normal sort order for most columns.
  • Numbered list categorises numeric values found in the beginning of the field value, if possible a more numeric sort can be achieved.
• Always Show
  Fields are always shown in the details panel and in the update panel if the document had a value in that field.
  When this box is checked the field will always be shown when clicking Add New or Update.
• Def. sort
  This is the ordering that the column gets when it's clicked on for the first time.
  This is a conveniency setting - it avoids the need to often click twice on a column to get the correct ordering.

Administrators may masquerade as any other user.

Clicking the button will log you in as the selected user.

You will be logged in with the default access level for that user.

Since sessions are cookie-based you may reload the page while masquerading.

Enable 2-pass autentication!

Click the button to enable 2-pass authentication using a smartphone and an authenticator app.

We will display a QR Code on the screen. Start you app and select "Scan a barcode".

Use the form Firstname Lastname or Givenname Familyname. Something like "John Doe".

You can only change your name if the system allows it. If not contact your system manager.

The name is used for
• Itentifying you to other users
• Searchable text for documents you own

If possible, enter your name and click the Apply-button.

It is very important that the system has a valid e-mail address registered for your account.

Depending on system level and plan the e-mail address is used for
• Identification at login
• Changing passwords (i.e. when lost)
• Notifications when documents has been added, updated or read
• Verification and feedback when sending e-mails to the system
• Retreiving results from longer prepared jobs
• Username for WebDAV (Office integration) authentication

To change your e-mail address you must have access to the current e-mail inbox and the new one.
1. Click the change e-mail button.
2. An e-mail message with a link to change your e-mail will be sent to your current e-mail address.

Your login password is not displayed here.

To change your password
1. You must have access to your current e-mail address' inbox.
2. Click the Change password-button.
3. An e-mail message with a link to change your password will be sent to you.

Changing password does not require to click the Apply-button.

The default will be the suggested value presented in the login panel after you have typed and selected your name.

You will not be able to log in if you select an access level above you limit.

Only the administrator may change the limit.

The default will be the suggested checkbox state presented in the login panel after you have typed and selected your name.

You will not be able to log in checking the "Updates and uploads" checkbox if the administrator has not allowed it.

There may be reasons for having an unchecked default allowance even though the administrator has allowed updates.

• Alphanumeric
  Sorting is done on the field Value.
  Category values are sorted alphabetically using the currently selected language.
  Use the Language selection below in order to view the sorting in different laguages.
• Numbered list auto
  Sorting is done on the field Sorting.
  Category values are scanned as you save changes to them.
  We look for numbers and sequences of numbers and formalize them into the field Sorting the result becomes visible after you updated the value.
  Some examples of working values:
  • "1. A", "2. B", "4. LAST"
  • "0.1 Alpha", "0.1 Beta", "1.0 Section", "1.1 Aleph", "1.2 Gimmel"
  • "1.a. First", "1.a.1. Fist Subsection", "1.a.b. Second Subsection", "1.b. Second"
• Manual
  Sorting is done on the field Sorting.
  You can manually enter a (alphanumerically sorted) value in the field Sorting or use Drag-and-Drop to set the ordering.
• Manual Descending
  Like Manual but descending rather than ascending. Conveniant for managing meetings or other chronologically pinned events, enter the date for the event in the Sorting field using a sortable format (like YYYY-MM-DD).
